Introduction

An unscheduled inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSP). All care categories were inspected for compliance.

Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

At the inspection dated September 21, 2021 there were 11 children and 3 staff present.
No coded violations were noted during today's inspection; no written response is requested at this time.

As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed. For this inspection the contents of the Facility Inspection Report and Risk Assessment were discussed on site, however were written off site, (time spent .50) and provided to the Licensee/Manager via email. No signatures were captured during today’s inspection.
