Corrective Action(s): - Operator has time tracking record but has forgot to discard them. Ensure to follow the 2 hour rule for room temperature holding. Store them in the display cooler if this time tracking schedule cannot be maintained. Products were discarded at the time of inspection. Violation Score: 5

Handsink is fully equipped. All coolers at 4C or below. Freezers at -18C or below. 2 compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Drain plug and bleach available. Bleach sanitizer available in spray bottle & in a bucket - measured at 100ppm. Ice machine in sanitary condition. Ice shaving machine in sanitary condition. Operator with Foodsafe level 1 present. Operator has sent the service report for spray treatment in Dec 2023. Operator has agreed to repeat the treatment within two weeks. A hole in the wall has been identified in the right corner by the 2 compartment sink at the back - this has been blocked by the pest control technician. Lighting has been replaced at the back kitchen.
