- Routine inspection conducted:
- Handsinks in kitchen, front service area and washroom are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- All coolers - prep cooler, upright storage cooler, glass door cooler and drinks cooler are all measured at less than 4C
- Chest freezer and upright storage freezer are measured at less than -18C
- Hot holding unit for rice is greater than 60C
- Defrosting of meat products under running cold water is observed
- Food contact surface sanitizer is available in spray bottle and in bucket, concentration is measured at 100ppm chlorine solution (bleach solution)
- High temperature dishwasher is working and temperature during final rinse cycle is measured at 72C during final rinse cycle at the dish surface
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection
- FOODSAFE level 1 is verified, expiry is July 2023
- General sanitation is satisfactory
