Corrective Action(s): Ensure there are control measures in place to reduce the number of flies in the food premises (i.e. provide UV light, commercial fly coil, etc.) Consult with a pest control company to control flies for the summer and early fall seasons. Violation Score: 3 308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)] Observation: Deli display case was at 5-8 deg C at time of inspection (just after lunch time). Constant open/close as per staff. Corrective Action(s): Continue to monitor and record temp. of this equipment. As per management, service tech had serviced this unit. Defrost cycle should be reduced from 60-70 min cycle). Violation Score: 3

Deli cooler is still being addressed. Hand wash station easily accessible. Ware washing being done on the other side of produce. Follow up on July 19,2016. For the two outstanding items.
