-Refrigerator units were at 3C and 0C.
-Hot holding of hot dogs was greater than 60C.
-Bar glasswasher had a final rinse of 12.5ppm iodine on the glass surface (minimum of 12.5ppm required for proper sanitizing).
-Quats sanitizer spray bottles were at 200ppm.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Ice machine clean and well maintained. Ice scoop stored in a sanitary manner.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
