HAZARD RATING FOR YOUR FACILITY: Low (≤15) Total Score = 0
Critical Hazards: There are no critical hazards.
Non-Critical Hazards: Total Number: 1
308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
Observation: Ice machine cover/lid was missing and it was covered with a single use insulated/thermal bag as its lid, and is not changed
Date to be corrected by: Next inspection
Corrective Action(s): Manager indicated a new lid has been ordered (instead of a new machine) and is on the way. Ensure the lid is changed as soon as it arrives. In the meantime, the thermal bag covering the ice machine needs to be changed everyday, because it is not of durable material, and cleaning/wiping alone will not ensure that potential contaminates would not get on to the ice. This material is not designed to be reused and can be worn out easily.

Follow Up to "Critical" Violations Noted on Previous Inspections (if applicable): No corrections entered
