Comments

The walk in cooler and the right hand prep cooler was < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Hot held foods were > 60 C.
No evidence of pests.
Sanitizer solution had 100 ppm bleach.
The dishwasher final rinse cycle had 50 ppm chlorine.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
Overall sanitation was satisfactory.
