- Handsinks are maintained with hot & cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- 200ppm QUAT sanitizer bottles present
- Temperatures of refrigeration units were <4C
- Temperatures of hot holding foods (egg, soup, chilli) were >60C
- High temp dishwasher achieved 78C at plate's surface
- Spoons are stored in ice bath
- General sanitation is good. Deep cleaning is encouraged under large racks and in the area where bags of sugar are stored.
- No signs of pest noted at the time of inspection
