Observation: The dishwasher had 0 ppm chlorine at the plate during the final rinse cycle.
Corrective Action(s): The dishwasher's sanitizer solution was replaced and it reached 50 ppm chlorine at the plate level. Check the dishwasher daily. Recommend adding it to the temperature or cleaning checklist.

No evidence of pests. Pest control report will be checked next inspection.
