Observation: The right side of the prep cooler was at 8 degC. As per operator, the problem was fixed. But the thermostat needs to be changed.
Corrective Action(s): Provide me with a copy of the work order for the last repair and the thermostat replacement that is scheduled for this coming weekend.

502 - In operator’s absence, no staff on duty has FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent [s. 10(2)]
Observation: There was only one staff working at the time of the inspection. This staff member has been on shift for the past 3 inspections. She does not have Foodsafe Level 1 certification.
Corrective Action(s): At least one person on duty MUST be FS level 1 certified. Soni will need to take the course. Course schedule for Surrey provided to staff since she resides in Surrey. The next course is offered on June 5th, followed by June 21. Register for the course as discussed.
