Observation: Under counter cooler located across from make table was measured at a temperature of 10 degrees C at time of inspection. Note: No potentially hazardous / perishable food storage at time of inspection. Manager aware of issue and technician has been contacted to service cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure above-noted cooler is capable of maintaining food at temperatures of 4 degrees C or less to limit the growth of potential pathogens. Continue to refrain from storing potentially hazardous / perishable food in cooler until such time. Date to be corrected by: June 15, 2021.

- A probe thermometer is available on site for internal temperature checks
- Hand washing station is unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels
- Equipment and utensils stored in sanitary condition
- Three compartment sink properly equipped for manual ware washing
- Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer is available at 200 ppm (3-compartment sink, bucket with wiping cloths)
- Temperature and sanitation records are up to date
- No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection
- Permit posted at front
