Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dicer was found to have food debris on the blades from yesterday's use.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure dicer is properly disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing after each use to prevent potential cross contamination. Dicer was disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing at the time of inspection.

Comments

Prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Front display cooler was at 2C.
-Upright cooler was at 4C.
-Under counter bar cooler was at 4C.
-Chest freezer was at -16C.
-Cooked meatballs made two days ago were at 4C.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 2-compartment sink. Bleach and sink plug available.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer bowl was at 200ppm.
-Deli slicer was clean and sanitary. Deli slicer properly disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing.
-Foods stored off the ground and covered.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until November 20, 2027.
