Lighting replaced in the reach in freezer and back kitchen area. Sanitizer buckts are reading 200ppm Quats. Kitchen exhaust hood has been serviced. Meatballs and tomato sauce both stored in hot holding unit >61C. Sous-vide eggs adjusted to 63C. Back bulk food room has been serviced and traps are now in place for silverfish. No bins onsite at time of inspection appears to be contaminated. New test strips obtained for dishwasher and glasswasher. Record is being taken for dishwasher reading daily on the blue binder. Chef has taken Foodsafe Level 1 and Health Unit has received the temporary certificate.
