Routine inspection conducted:
Handsinks equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
-Under counter cooler in bar: 3.9 deg C.
-Prep cooler across from cooking line at 3.3 deg C
-Walk-in cooler: 4 deg C (initially at 6 deg C--but door had been open). Ensure to keep door closed when not in use, and to monitor this cooler.
-Walk-in freezer: -15 deg C.
-Thermometers were working and available in all cold-holding units.
-Bean sprouts under cold running water at time of inspection
-Chemical mechanical dishwasher achieved 50 ppm chlorine residual after rinse cycle at dish level
-Bleach surface sanitizer in spray bottle tested at 100ppm.
-General sanitation (floors, walls, equipment) was satisfactory at time of inspection
-No signs of pests were observed.
-Food Safe Level 1 certified staff on duty.
-Permit is posted in bar area on top of wine glasses shelf
