Routine Inspection: - Hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel available at all hand wash stations - 2 compartment sink available; low temperature chemical dishwasher reached 200ppm chlorine sanitizer at plate surface - 200 ppm chlorine sanitizer available in bucket; 200ppm Quats available in spray bottle - Upright freezer had ambient air temperature of -3C; was undergoing a defrost cycle during inspection - Walk in, preparation table, display and both under the counter coolers were 4C or lower - Hot holding unit was not in use during inspection - No pest activity was observed during inspection - General sanitation and cleanliness was adequate *Error in system showed facility was still under temporary closure as issued in 2015, however temporary closure was corrected in 2015; error corrected in system on May 15, 2023 *Recommended to renew FOODSAFE Level 1 prior to expiring* Please contact the health officer if you have any questions or concers
