Observation: Mice droppings found in the back by staff locker/under shelving units, under wire shelving units in the hallway and behind office door.
Corrective Action(s): Staffs removed droppings at time of inspection and were bleaching the floor. Inquire pest control company for other recommendations such as identifying and using other methods to seal access points. Please forward the last month pest control report to the undersign for review.
