Referencing NCR 00241737 Routine inspection: General sanitation is satisfactory. Temperature of dishwasher and hot holding units are satisfactory. Temperature of one of the milk dispenser was too warm. Management had taken action and temperature had dropped to 40F by the end of the inspectdion.
