Daily fridge and washer temperature/concentration records maintained -good

-Orkin Pest Control comes in monthly -last work report early April indicates some rodent pest activity in the attic upstairs -ensure all pest control recommendations are corrected
-ensure your pest control is able to gain access to the back storage (non-food related) and upstairs areas

NOTE: a power wash of the back kitchen has occurred -some of the live trap boxes have been moved -ensure they put back in the correct orientation --> against the wall with entry/exit points closest to the wall
