Introduction

An unscheduled follow up inspection was completed as a follow up to the routine inspection # completed on February 1, 2019. The follow up inspection was completed to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSP). All areas of the facility were inspected for compliance with the exception of the children's records, as the staff were unsure of where the records were kept and the Manager was not present.
