Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] (Provide a designated pair of gloves for handling clean dishware: staff was using the gloves used for washing. Alternatively, can remove gloves and handwash in between.
Quat sanitizer by coffee bar ~ 50 ppm. Corrected.
Solution was re-made at time. Operator to obtain test strips by July 9th. Corrected.
Dishwashing staff advised EHO that utensils are sometimes not run through dishwasher, particularly items in contact with vegetables only. Any used food contact surfaces must be wash, rinsed and sanitized either via dishwasher or manually. Reviewed procedures with owner. Corrected.)
