All of the outstanding issues from the previous inspection have been addressed and rectified.
(Lumber and wooden pallets have been removed from the exterior perimeter of the building.
Interior of the deli and meats coolers have been thoroughly cleaned.
* Clean the lighting fixture in the walk-in freezer to remove debris.
* Ensure to monitor and record temperature of all coolers in the store as well deli, bistro and meat sections.
* Ensure the drip pans in both coolers are checked weekly for debris and ice-build up.

Hot buffet items are no longer being offered from the bistro.
Main walk-in cooler registered 2.5 degrees C.
Meats/poultry display cooler below 4 degrees C.
Deli Display cooler below 4 degrees C.
Cheese display island cooler below 4 degrees C.
