- All handsinks in kitchen and washroom are adequately stocked - Walk-in cooler, under counter beverage coolers are less than 4C - All freezer are operational, measured in the temperature range of -10 to -12C - Three compartment sink has sanitizer solution available at 200ppm quats concentration - Surface sanitizer solution available in buckets and all buckets are measured at 200ppm quats concentration - All Hot holding units is maintained at greater than 60C - NO evidence of pest activity at the time of inspection' - General sanitation is satisfactory - Food storage practices are satisfactory.
