General
-Paper towel and liquid soap are provided at hand washing sinks
-All coolers are maintaining foods at 4 degrees C. or colder.
-All freezers are maintaining foods at -18 degrees C. or colder.

** Ensure to store dirty dish ware in wash sink or in mobile carts and follow proper manual dishwashing as : wash- rinse- sanitize- air dry
** Wiping rags must be stored in a bucket of sanitizer at all time
** Label all coolers and keep temp monitoring data ( at least twice daily and sanitizer level at least once daily)
