Code 402 noted on Follow-Up inspection # VIPP-B88VP6 of Jan-08-2019 Employee does not wash hands properly or at adequate frequency [s. 21(3)] Observation: Food handlers and staff that were handling food within the kitchen were not observed to wash their hands during the time of inspection. Food handlers wear gloves during food handling. Correction: Food handlers and staff must wash their hands as often as necessary or when hands become contaminated. Date to be corrected: Immediately.

Follow-up inspection to report #ZDER-BDBV6Z - all violations have been corrected -Standing glass cooler replaced by a functioning standing glass cooler - noted 4 C *Ensure all coolers have functioning thermometers - add thermometers to each cooler -Cardboard removed from facility -Droppings and food splatter has been cleaned up -Walls in back storage area have been painted *Shelving to be installed next to allow for more storage. Operator will get this done within the next 3 months.
