Follow up inspection conducted:
-Foods in prep inserts are now only filled half way and not to the top, discussed with head chef that whatever is in the inserts and not finished by the end of a meal service needs to be discarded
-Did not observe any foods beings stored on the floor this time (Ie. bucket of potatoes not on floor underneath the dishwashing sink like previously)
-FoodSafe certificate for both head chef and assistant were available on site
**NOTE: These FoodSafe certificates were issued before 2013 and will expire this year on July 29, 2018 as per the provincial mandate. In order to renew, you can:
1) Retake the level 1 FoodSafe Course
or
2) Go to FoodSafe.ca and take the level 1 online refresher course.
You must renew your FoodSafe level 1 certificates before they expire.
