Follow-up inspection to report #PKUR-CGQQYQ.

Dry storage area has been cleaned and organized. Food has been raised six inches off the floor - good.
Note: droppings behind laundry machine have not been cleaned. Please clean and sanitize this area.
No other droppings observed and traps were checked - all were free of rodents. Pest control services are in place.

Prep/line cooler at 2 C.
Grill cooler - top drawer at 6 C and raw chicken at 6 C. During the inspection, staff filled the drawers with ice to help get to a temperature of 4 C or below. Continue to add ice to keep the cooler colder until the rubber gasket for the drawer is replaced/fixed. Do not use cooler to store foods for more than 2 hours if a temperature of 4 C or below cannot be maintained.

Ceiling tiles and vents in kitchen have been cleaned. Fan in walk-in cooler still requires cleaning.

Chemical bottles are labelled.
