Observation: * Ensure all food equipment kept in food grade storage containers and not in cardboard boxes. Some equipment found in cardboard boxes. Do not store chemicals such as windex in food prep areas as this is not food safe. Chemical was removed from food prep area.
Corrective Action(s): * All food equipment must be kept in food grade containers and not in card board boxes. Chemicals such as windex must be kept in separage area away from food/food equipment

Observation: * Still some cleaning to complete behind a freezer and under oven, etc. These areas must be cleaned and maintained regularly on schedule
