Construction work substantially completed on Tim Hortons side, including lobby. Most construction equipment/material removed, but construction dust remains on floor, counters and equipment. Prior to re-opening drive thru complete the following: - Clean up and remove all construction dust; - Remove construction equipment; - Record and email (to this office) initial temp logs for all cooling and hot holding equipment; - Make sure the employee washroom sink surround is properly sealed, and is provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Generally, looks good!
