- All hand washing stations were supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels - Quat sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm in all sanitizer buckets and three compartment sanitizing sink dispenser - All coolers were measured to be at 4C or colder - All freezer temperatures satisfactory - Hot held items were measured to be above 60C - Dipper well in use for ice cream scoops - Low temperature dishwasher is measured at 50ppm chlorine concentration at the dish level after final rinse - General sanitation satisfactory. - No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection - Temperature records well maintained and up to date - Foodsafe level 1 certified staff is present on site
