Observation: Multiple violations observed:
- Scoops found inside dry storage food bins. Scoops do not have handles and are bowls and containers. This has the potential to contaminate food items.
- Scoop for rice found in water 26 degrees Celsius.
- Employee medicinal container found on upper shelf of food preparation area. Staff asked to remove item from food preparation area.

- Do not leave scoops inside bins. Remove once used and run through dishwasher.
- Place scoop on ice or wash-rinse-sanitize after each 2 hour interval.
- Ensure all personal items are removed from food preparation area. Medicinal items are not to be stored in food preparation areas.

Observation: Clean the following areas:
- Floors. Food items found in back corners where floor meets wall junction.
- Clean shelves as food debris has accumulated
- Clean exterior and interior of all containers storing food equipment as food debris has accumulated
- Clean bar beverage nozzle as interior is dirty.
- Clean cooler seals and handles as food debris has accumulated.
- Rodent droppings found on plate on lower shelf under disposable metal baking trays. Clean and organize area. Discard/remove any items not necessary for business. Ensure area is treated with 200ppm Chlorine.

- Ice machine and scoops in good sanitary condition

- FoodSafe Certified staff present during inspection

COVID-19 WORKPLACE SAFETY PROTOCOLS:
- Staff wearing masks in patron area and back kitchen area
- Plexiglass partitions in place
- Maximum seating of no more than 6 patrons in place

NOTE: EHO measured seating in restaurants. Currently the backs of seats are less than 2 meters in some areas. Currently seating does NOT comply with Provincial Health Orders: "10. There must be a distance of two metres between the backs of the seats of patrons seated at adjacent tables or booths, even if members of the same party are seated at adjacent tables or booths, unless the adjacent tables or booths are separated by physical barriers. ". Owners must ensure facility is FULLY COMPLIANT with all aspects of Provincial Orders. Ensure seating at bar area also meets with Orders. Move seating to accommodate spatial separation of guests not within same party.
