Observation: Low temp dishwasher had 50 ppm chlorine residual. However, dishwasher was tested several times. Rinse cycle was rinsing off all chlorine.

Bleach sanitizer (in buckets) measured >100 ppm.
Walk-in cooler and prep line coolers were 4 deg C or colder.
Freezers were at -18 deg C or colder.
Hot holding for rice was above 60 deg C.
Temperature log was available and up to date.
Food items were stored off the floor.
General sanitation was good. Washroom was clean and stocked with sanitary supplies.
