Observation: -Insects and larva (dead) were noted in back storage area in crevices between wall and floor and at corner of cardboard box (paper records inside)
Corrective Action(s): -Contact Pest Control Technician to identify and provide treatment for insects. Follow instructions of the Pest Control Technician
-Remove any items not required for the food premises, excess paper goods and boxes affected by pests.
-Submit copy of service report from Pest Control Technician to undersigned.

Observation: -Dirt, debris noted on floor under shelving in back storage area and area where pests observed. Back area is cluttered with items not required for the food premises.
Corrective Action(s): -Remove any items not required for the the food premises.
-Move all moveable items off of the floor and thoroughly clean floor to remove all dirt/debris paying particular attention to hard to reach areas.
Keep floor area clear to facilitate cleaning and monitoring for pest activity. [Correction date: 14-Aug-2018]

Observation: Operator not present. Neither staff on duty have completed Foodsafe level 1 training.
Corrective Action(s): In Operator's absence, ensure 1 staff member has completed Foodsafe level 1 training. Ensure sufficient Foodsafe certified staff to allow for adequate coverage. Staff on duty reported they are registered for an upcoming class.

-Handsink and washroom sinks supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
-Sandwich line coolers at 3C, 4C
-Walk-in cooler was at 3C. Foods were covered and labelled.
-Walk-in freezer was at -19C
-Beverage cooler was 3C
-Hot holding of soup, chili, and meatballs was >60C
-Temperature records were up to date and appear to be completed consistently. Ensure corrective actions are recorded when required temperature not met.
-Quats sanitizer 200ppm present in spray bottles and dispenser at 3 compartment sink. Sink was being re-filled at the time of the inspection.
