304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)] Observation: Mouse droppings found in dry storage area outside of production room on floor under shelving and between pallets. Also observed gaps in weather stripping both under bay door as well as back door. Observed a hole at the base of the frame at the back door where it appears mice may be getting in (in addition to under doors). Corrective Action(s): Conduct a deep clean of premise removing all debris and mouse droppings. Seal up all holes with a pest proof material and replace door sweeps with new and tight fitting ones.
