Observation: The temperature of the green chest freezer and refrigerated make table were too warm. Freezer was at -1C(30F) and cooler was at 8C (47F). Should be -18C(0F) and 4C(40F). Cooler has been taken out of service. The foods inside have been moved to another fridge and freezer unit.
Corrective Action(s): Repair the units. Do not store food in the fridge until temperature is cold enough.
