Bar glasswasher now using Iodine as a sanitizer. Recommend purchasing a titration test kit. The titration test kit is much more accurate than the standard test strips when working with small ppm levels/increments.
Ensure bar logs are recorded daily
Dishwasher at approx 150ppm chlorine. Wash temperature at 120F. Soap dispensed into wash cycle.
