Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Both bar fridges at the front were above 4C. Smaller fridge at 12C internal temp of noodles and taller fridge at 11C internal temp of noodles. All potentially hazardous food has been discarded.
Corrective Action(s): Adjust or repair coolers so they are at 4C at all times
Maintain temperature logs daily to ensure coolers are operating correctly.

-hand sinks fully equipped
-fridge and freezer temps all met health requirements except two bar fridges at the front (see violation)
-rice, teriyaki at 60C or above
-Bleach spray bottle at 100ppm
-dishwasher at 50ppm Cl
-general sanitation good
-temps logs have normally been maintained except for the last two days however all the temperatures are the exact same. Ensure the accurate temperatures are being recorded to ensure coolers, freezers and hot holding is working properly
