Follow-up inspection:

-Coving installed on all floor-wall joints in the kitchen and front preparation area
-shelving installed in dry storage room and walk-in cooler -lowest level is >15cm off
-handwash sinks paper towels in dispenser, pumped soap, hot/cold water and clear for use
-Area for employee personal effects is designated away from foods: ie. hooks on the washroom door was discussed
-FRP board all in-place, sinks and equipment such as the dough mixer all in place
-All fridges at or below 4 deg C
-Hot holders at or above 60 deg C
