Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): An acceptable food contact surface sanitizer was not available at time of inspection (for example, bleach water sanitizer at 100 to 200 ppm chlorine).
Corrective Action(s): Bleach water sanitizer was prepared at time of inspection and measured at 100 to 200 ppm chlorine. Ensure that at all times, an appropriate surface sanitizer is available to be used as the final sanitizing step for equipment, utensils, and surfaces. Manual ware washing poster was provided to operator at time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No paper towels available at front hand washing sink.
Corrective Action(s): Single use paper towels supplied. Ensure that at all times, all hand sinks are accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels to facilitate proper hand washing. Note: Cloth towels are not suitable for drying hands as they may potentially re-contaminate hands.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Ice cream scoops stored in stagnant water. Dipper well faucets not turned on at start of inspection.
2. Sponges used to remove residual water from scoops.
Corrective Action(s): Ice cream scoops removed and cleaned and sanitized at time of inspection. Sponges to be removed from the premises today.
