One bottle had 0ppm QUATS and the other bottle had 50ppm QUATS. Corrective Action(s): sanitizer must be at least 200ppm QUATS. Refill sanitizer bottles everyday in the morning. Violation Score: 5 401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: 1. Front handsink (automated) was not dispensing warm water. 2. Back handsink was blocked with trays. Corrective Action(s): 1. Adjust water mixing valves to dispense warm water for handwashing. 2. Never put anything inside handwashing sinks. Handsink is for handwashing purpose only. Use the back handsink until the front handsink is repaired. Violation Score: 15
