Observation: 1) Food observed uncovered in the walk-in cooler (raw fish, potatoes-cut, soup, etc), under counter cooler (raw fish) and beverage cooler (lettuce).
2) Raw meat was observe on the top shelf in the walk in cooler next to the fan and above ready to eat foods. Cross contamination may occur
Corrective Action(s): 1) Ensure all food products in cooler are covered either with lids or food grade plastic
2) Ensure all raw meat/fish/chicken products are stored *below* read to eat foods.

Observation: Rubber seal around the back end door was broken/not in good condition. The opening may allow for the entrance of pests.
Corrective Action(s): Replace the seal around the rear door. Monitor for any pest activities.
