Comments

-The washer and dryer in the back area have been removed. -Recommend keeping daily temperature records for freezers and coolers. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. No evidence of pests. Bleach is available as a sanitizer. General sanitation was satisfactory.
