Health permit posted in prominent location.
Hand wash stations (front and back) stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm in spray bottle and dispenser at the 3 comp sink.
Walk-in freezer was below -18 deg C.
Walk-in cooler was at 2-3 deg C.
Dry storage area was organized and all food items were stored off the floor.
Sandwich display coolers:
-meat storage 1-2 deg C internal temp (egg salad, deli meats)
-vegetable storage 0-2 deg C internal temp (veggie patties, falafels)
Hot holding for meat balls and soup was at 60-61 deg C.
Beverage cooler was at 3-4 deg C.
Temperature log was available and up to date.
No signs of pests noted at time of visit. Pest control monitoring in place.
Washrooms were in sanitary condition and provided with soap and paper towels
Garbage disposal area - Bin covers were closed and no litter/garbage on the concrete floor.
General sanitation of premises was in satisfactory condition.
Staff on duty has Food Safe 1 certification. Check to ensure that Food Safe 1 is current and not expiring July 29, 2018.
-Provided a Food Safe Reminder card at time of inspection.
