Follow-up inspection conducted for inspection report# KLAI-CCTS4W and KLAI-CDMR92.
Handwash station by the dishmachine was accessible, stocked with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
Knives on the knife rack by the 3-compartment sink were noted in sanitary condition.
200 PPM chlorine residual detected in the sanitizer spray bottles in the back of house and front of house.
All food in the walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer were stored protected at the time of inspection.
Food was thawed using an acceptable manner with adequate cold water running through the defrosting packagings.
No mop water was noted in the mop bucket at the time of inspection.
Food premises sanitary condition has improved significantly. No more grease and debris buildup on the deep fryer and vent hood. No dust buildup noted on the ceiling vent. Door gaskets in the reach-in cooler were noted in a sanitary condition. No dust noted in the walk-in cooler.
No more non-food grade containers in the walk-in cooler or walk-in freezer being used for the storage of food.
Operator replaced the rusty shelves with new shelves in the walk-in cooler.

Note: Small amount of mouse droppings were noted in the dry storage room. Evidence that the facility has a mouse issue. Operator has been working with their pest control company, ACE pest control, who comes in twice a month for inspection. Please clean and sanitize any areas noted with mouse droppings to help deter the pest issue. Work with the pest control company to help control the situation.

Tremendous improvements noted in correcting all the violations cited during the last routine inspection. Please keep up the good work and maintain the facility in a sanitary condition. No further follow-up required.
