Inspection conducted following premise renovation. Prior to approval to re-open is issued the following items require correction: 1) Seal hole on ceiling of walkin cooler. 2) Clean caulking residue from walk in cooler shelving 3) Re-install missing work top cooler unit. 4) Remove protective film from all new steel cabinets/shelves. 5) Front wall/ millwork to be pest proofed to exclude mice, all gaps to be less than 1 cm. 6) Storage locker room - to be restored, cleaned, painted, shelving replaced as needed and maintained for more storage capacity, both door sweeps to be replaced.
