Follow up inspection: Infractions corrected. Cleaning of noted areas completed. Scoop with clean handle used for scooping sauces. Open can foods have to moved to food grade containers with lids. Open display food on buffet has been removed. Dishwasher 100 ppm Chlorine detected at the plate. Glass washer 100 ppm Chlorine detected. QUAT dispenser 200 ppm detected. Test strips and sanitizer logs available - good. Ensure to keep daily logs and maintain dishwashers and sanitizer at correct chemical levels. Facility now in compliance.
