Introduction

An unscheduled routine inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DOLSOP). All areas of the facility were inspected for compliance.

Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments

On the inspection date of September 27, 2022, there were 9 children and 3 staff present. At this inspection, no contraventions were identified.
As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool was completed. This inspection and the risk assessment were reviewed with the staff onsite and a copy is provided.
LO provided the following education today:

- Facility's records to be available onsite for review
- Annual fire extinguisher service
- To replenish emergency supplies; sufficient supplies for children and staff for 72 hrs (recommended)
