Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. 4 sanitizing spray bottles measured with 50-100 ppm quaternary ammonium sanitizer. 200 ppm is required for proper sanitation. 2. Food debris build up observed inside 1 of the soda pop dispenser gun.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Discard and refill the aforementioned spray bottles from the sanitizer dispenser. Clean and sanitize food contact surfaces near the meat slicer and the bar area. 2. Follow the manufacture's instruction on cleaning and sanitizing the soda pop gun.

Observation: Rust stains observed on the metal panel inside the ice machine. This is a repeated violation.
Corrective Action(s): Replace the rusted metal panel with a new stainless steel panel. In the meantime, clean and sanitize the ice machine on a daily basis. Correct by: March 19, 2019.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Raw frozen meat observed thawing at room temperature near the 2 compartment sink. This is a repeated violation.
Corrective Action(s): Frozen food must be thawed following proper thawing procedure such as under cold running water or inside a cooler with an ambient temperature of 4C or less.

Observation: 1. Food debris / grease build up observed under the cooking equipment. 2. Cardboard boxes and empty beer bottles piled up near the ice machine.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Clean the aforementioned area. Follow your sanitation plan for regular daily and weekly cleaning schedule. 2. Clean and organize the area near the ice machine. Ensure cardboard boxes and empty beer bottles are not pile up. Correct by: today.

- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- High temperature dishwasher registered 74C at the plate level during final rinse cycle.
- 2 glass washer dispensed 12.5 ppm iodine at the plate level.
- 200 ppm quaternary ammonium solution available in other spray bottles and from the dispenser.
- Meat slicer in a sanitary condition.
- Food storage practices satisfactory.
- Temperature logs maintained and available for review.
- No pest activities observed on site.
