- Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
- Bleach sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm in spray bottle
- High-temperature dishwasher reached 71C at dish surface during rinse cycle - good.
- In-use utensils cleaned and sanitized every 2 hours, according to operator
- Three-compartment sink in back area maintained in sanitary condition
- Food storage practices good. All food stored covered and off the floor
- Inside of ice machine observed to be clean at time of inspection.
- All coolers were measured to be at 4C or colder
- Freezer measured to be at -20C
- Meat slicer was used earlier in the day and had not been cleaned and sanitized yet. Ensure to properly disassemble slicer when cleaning and sanitizing.

- No signs of pest activity noted
