- Weather stripping for bay door has been replaced. Bay door now has weather stripping on the outside and inside. Ensure to monitor condition of door seal regularly and replace when necessary. - Walls in main areas that were mouldy have been repainted. - Storage area upstairs has been re-organized. Please continue with re-organizing efforts. The second extra room upstairs must not be used for storing any items related to the bakery. - Ensure to continue with bi-weekly pest control services, and send reports to health inspector.
