Comments

Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
The dishwasher had 100 ppm chlorine. Test strips available.
The dishwasher had a slight leak, a technician has been called and will be onsite next week to check it.
Quats sanitizer was tested at 200 ppm.
No evidence of pests.
Dipper well available for use.
Gelato pasteurization equipment is cleaned with a Quats solution after use.
The owner is FoodSafe Level 1 certified, expiring in 2026.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
